There is no limit to spoilers. As it's said in the disabling tag of your signature, your images were exceeding the height limit.
The size limit still applies, even if you have the images hidden in a spoiler tag. Always keep that in mind.

As far as I can see, it's still within the limits...so you should be fine.

It's too wide. The maximum width for the image area in your signature is 500 pixel.

It's way too tall. The first image alone exceeds the height limit already, so you will have to remove it.

What is the height that it can be so I can resize it?

Since you already have a few ~100 pixel tall images in your sig, the top one would have to be 200 pixel in height in order to fit within the limit.
