You may add them above or below as you've maxed out your width limit. So they should be fine yes :]
 
The max height is 300px, yours is over by over 100px I would say. If you take out the largest banner, bring down the height of your overflow and put it in there it should be okay. Remember though, 300px height.
 
Nope, still far too tall. That large banner is that is adding the height. Put it in the overflow and it should be fine.
 
Well, guess this is a good idea. Not clever if I break rules in my first 20mins :P

So...is this signature ok?
 
Your signature is in check. Since you're new though, be sure to memorize those sig rules and come in here if you need that confirmation at any point. For now, you're perfectly fine.
