might just be me but.. what did u do to the gyarados again? it looks pretty much the same..

It's a revamped Pokemon Yellow.

after looking at it in an image editor I see that you added about 3 colours so its 'overshaded' it, not revamped.. if it were revamped it would at least have some form of yellow on it its chest.. like an actual in R/S/E/FR/LR

PNGs load as fast as JPEGs, and are better quality images. Unless you save them as a JPEG in Photoshop, with good quality, you better keep PNGs.
