4th Gen Silver in PokeGear?

If you could register Silver in the PokeGear, what do you reckon he'd be like?

I reckon it'd be cool if you could, as he's cooler than any other rival bar Blue/Green (actually manages to become Champion, ends up as a Gym Leader? I reckon that's pretty good!).

It would depend on when you got him in your Pokegear. If it was before the Rocket Base in Mahogany, then i bet he would be a Jerk like "Hello?...oh its you [PlayersName] how the hell did you get my number." *Click*

But after the Mahogany Rocket Base or further down the line it could be like: "Oh, {PlayersName}. I hope your training hard so i can beat you at your best!" *Click* and so on. And it would also be awesome to be able to call him for rematches.

Yeah, I imagined something like that.

And maybe he'd call you just after he left Sprout Tower and be like "Hey, just to let you know, you'll never be any good if you keep answering my phone calls"
