What's the deal with this, for how long can I use these items on PKMN who I will start training?>

Vitamins (Carbos, etc) have to do with EVs, not IVs.

You can only use Vitamins on a Pokemon until its EVs are at 100 in that particular stat. Then the Vitamin will "have no effect." So if you don't battle with your Pokemon at all, you could give them 10 of any one Vitamin before you can't give any more.

Info on EVs: https://www.psypokes.com/lab/evguide.php

Just for reference, there are also new berries in Emerald that increase happiness and decrease the EVs by 10, just in case you mess up. I don't have a link to a list right now, so I guess I'll get back to you later on that.

throw a pokeball
push B and up on the Dpad before it comes onto screen
push A right when the pokeball comes on screen(must have precise timing)
itll turn into a masterball! u have to use a pokeball greatball or ultraball though.

Don't double post.I can see you are new around here.Use berries that have one or two flavors with 1 flavor as spicy.

Doesn't work. It's just a ritual that some trainers use to gain more self-assurance in successfully capturing a pokemon. I for one press A as soon as the ball opens, then hold it.

He's right. It's like how my friend said pressing down A B works good for catching pokemon(like increase catching accuracy by 15% but it doesn't(people are more gullible these days...).Do you mean make the pokeball work like a master ball?

Look in here.https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/15914Ditto can't help hatch a pokemon with good moves(seeing that the only moves it knows is transform) so you can't hatch a genderless pokemon with an abnormal move unless the pokemon can learn a TM/HM move and the parent knows it.

darn ti i cant catch a freakin feebas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!can some list me the guide or something for it!

I found this somewhere. Hope it helps:

Catching Feebas and Milotic

What You Will Need

1) old/good/super rod [old is preferred as Feebas can be caught with it, but u don't have to waste time with other pokemon besides magicarp and a few tentacool. It can be obtained by a fisher in Dewford town. He stands near to the gym]
2) Lots of pokeballs as you will want to catch a few feebas [higher grades are not nessary for such a weak pokemon].
3) a pokemon that knows surf [HM slave ^_^]
4) a pokemon that knows fly [not a must but after sitting in that water for so long i would think u would want to get out of there as quickly as possible]

Feebas is a rare little fish pokemon. How rare you ask??
Well let me see. It is obtainable in 6 tiles [sections of surfing water] out of approximately 400 tiles of surfing water on route 119.
Now thats something isn't it??
The feebas tiles are random and if you change the "Popular Phrase" in Dewford town the tile positions are RANDOMLY RESET[ie you can't take someone else's 'popular phrase' and try fishing where they got their feebas. It won't work.]

Now that you have what u need head up to the base of route 119. Do this by flying/walking to mauville and then surfing across the narrow stripe of water right of the gym.
Now you will be on route 119. This is a very long route [unfortunately] packed with sections of water [potential feebas grounds] along its length. I recommend you start form the first pond you come across. Start form one corner and work your way up. Fishing in each tile you move into.I recommend fishing 3 - 5 times in one tile as any less may allow our fishy friend to slip through and any more would be overkill.
Now all this sucks i must admit, but when u do find the feebas tile you will be pleasently surprised to find that they will appear with a 60-80% probability. Which is, in my opinion, fairly sweet.
