You know what's strange? I just caught a Kecleon on Rt. 119 (Emerald Version) in the wild, not in a Devon Scope event.

It is on the Wild Pokemon-list for the route (as attached), just to let you know if you're looking for Kecleon... or shiny Kecleon. =D

If this is old news, feel free to slap me about a bit with a large trout.

untill I knew that man...

Hey, does anyone know how to catch a Feebas on Emerald (please tell me I don't have to fish everywhere on that HUGE lake!!!) ?

That's what my friend at school told me, but I don't want to believe him.

You can now be 100% sure. Once the Poke that used the move faints or is switched out, the effect disappears.

Great... lol Thanks for the help guys. I'll just try a different way...

Okay, I won't tell you that you have to fish EVERY tile (at least 5 times) on Route 119 in order to catch Feebas. I heard that someone bred a female Marill with a male Gyarados holding the Sea Incense and it hatched a baby Feebas.

One of the above statements is true. You can probably guess which one, but I didn't tell you about it.

Don't try a different way. Just use a Lv39 Wobbuffet with Mimic and a handful of Full Restore and be patient.

Where in Lilycove City (emerald) do you catch a staryu???

Yes, you just need two GBAs/SPs/Micros or any combination of the two, and a link cable or two wireless adapters. Before you trade, however, you need to have beaten the E4 and obtained the National Dex in both games, and in LeafGreen you need to do the Island Quest after the E4 and obtain the Ruby and Sapphire plates. This enables a trading machine so that you can trade to R/S/E.

I have a follow up question. Ive heard that there are no gamelink cables that link two SPs together? Is this true?

there ARE cables that connect 2 sp's. who told u there werent? :\

Does anyone know how to get leftovers or macho brace on ruby or sapphire? i think it's in the battle tower but i've beat it lots of times and i only get carbos, and other stat raising things.

Ya, leftovers is on the trashcan on the left on the bottom floor of the Lilycove ship.

The Macho Brace can be found on the Route above Mauville in a house where you beat a family of lame trainers.

That's just fan art that people put together using Pokemon sprites on their computer. It isn't from any games.

A few reviews of cables people complained that they couldnt connect two SPs with them. Maybe they are just stupid haha. I just wanted to make sure, thanks.

To be honest, they are half right. There are two types of cables out in circulation right now. First is the old GB and GBC cables that connected the original Game Boy and even Game Boy Color. Since the release of GBA, it was necessary to come out with a "better" cable. So, essentially any cable will not automatically link two SPs. If you buy a new cable at a store, you can be 99% certain that it is GBA-compatible. If you get one from a friend or buy one used, you better make sure you know what you are getting.

But since there is a wireless cable made which you can connect with wireless ones more easily

Only FRLG and Emerald are wireless compatible though. Ruby/Sapphire require a link cable.
