4th Gen (Sinnoh Journal) - Anyone starting their journey in Sinnoh?

Yeah I was going to just post to the original journal, but I noticed they are not very active and people usually just post their teams, and this kind of thread seems a bit more discussion friendly (?), I think, at least to me. I made one for Advance generation and it was pretty active at first lol.
Anyway, if you feel like this one is not necessary, or it doesnt turn ut to be very active, feel free to lock it up and smash it like a Gyarados would, jk, random., I won't mind :)

I'm just at victory road now. The reason I'm going through it, is mainly because I want to get all the ribbons on one pokemon :p (meganium) So far I have all the soulsilver ones and 7 contest ribbons.

Nice tactic. Seems like you went quickly through it, how long did it take you to get to Victory road?


Also, I have this OCD kind of annoying habit to plan out my team in advance. I really wish I could just randomly go through the game choosing Pokemon as I play, but then it just occurs to me, "hwy to spend hours of training on a Pokemon I won't be needing at the end". Does that make sense?

Anyway, my team for this game is: Empoleon, Buizel, Mamoswine, Gliscor, Noctowl, Luxray. I'd replace some of them but Pokemon like Skarmory and Gible are to be found at the very last routes so yeah, no, I like to have a full team as soon as possible :D
 
Took me six hours to get a first badge, if that's not slow, I dont know what is lol
 
Golbat level 10, lol.
Evolved Shinx and Piplup, got to the Floaroma town, really nice.
