Right, forgot something again so I thought I'd edit real fast. Your character IS allowed to have like romantic relations with someone in this. Two Three conditions:
If NPC: Ask Me First (If I'm not on, just PM me or Dutchesse)
If RPer: Just ask them, duuuuuuuuuh :P
No...er...erotic scenes people XD I couldn't help myself, I just couldn't. Well, obviously you all know the rating but still. So yeah, that's basically the policy (so far) on romances ^^

Okay well I'm not that good XD (Okay well I could take the time to translate it, perhaps later). But I will be taking Latin in my upcoming semester, as I too enjoy it. (I have a latin tattoo).

Interesting, ideas are already blooming in my head with the NPC. For several reasons, one for take on the war and two for someone close to be with (not romantically just yet though, but like I had mentioned in my profile).

Yeah Keisashi is an NPC. so pretty much you can godmode her to no end. Well sensible at least.

Okay well not really, but that's good then, as perhaps I might have her as my character's lightning rod.
 
Don't worry Feign, you aren't the only one who is thinking about doing evil stuff to your NPC rookie's. I myself have considered making Luke eat his shoe, because he mysteriously obtained a degenerative brain defect sometime before he joined my team, haha. But, that was quickly discarded, of course.
 
Just make sure you stick to their personalities that I have on the first page over there. It's a few posts down from the first. And no making your Rookies eat shoes, Mr.

Pokemon:
I'm sure you're all wondering when you get them. They will be given to you by your expert. If you have an NPC expert, then obviously just say they gave you your Pokemon and such in a post. Go check the NPC list to see what Pokemon they have as well, can't forget them ^^ Oh, and you can also give them their "grade" if you're an expert. Just go see which range it is (depending on their Pokemon) and just give 'em a grade in that range.

How It'll Work:
Obviously quite a few of you have to work with other people. PM them or email them is something I might suggest. If you have all NPCs, then go at it.
