the thing near it's eye? is it suppose to be those one eye glasses thingie? if so you should make it a bit bigger. But I really do love the top hat as well as the cup of tea =)

His hair is like a fricken galaxy now
im proud of the coloring i did,
evenif it is overly sparkly.

I forgot the side burns so i added them in too

The coloring is great but you should finish the outline for the girls fan to make it complete
