    I'm having a real hard time with this set, I need a Gengar counter since my special wall is a psychic type, but I also need a spinner @_@

    Couldn't fit pursuit on there as I need a CBHeracross counter :/ Skarm is ok with ScarfCross.

    I'm not sure about the last slot, I want to fill it up with a physical tank that is not weak to electric :x As for Cressy's EVs, I did that because it's Sp def IVs is 0, but it's def IVs is 31 o_o Those EVs should put the SP def in the 350s and the def is the 280-290 range.

    I would really give Cresselia the Def EV's more than the Special Def EV's.
     
    Maybe just don't worry about the weakness to Electric, because it seems in Competitive battling the big damage is lying with Physic moves or big hitting moves like Hydro Cannon. Because Hyrdo Cannon on Blastoise is 120 Damage, plus with It's ability you can have 1.5X the damage. And if it's super effective, and stabbed your looking at something like 4.5X damage :)

    Psychic is only used with STAB because it has rather bad coverage (Fighting and Poison... woot)

    Hydro Cannon is always stupid, why let your opponent switch in an Electric type and destroy you during recharge... pffft

    No offense, your idea sucks. Hydro cannon fails and it's base power is 150 if you want STAB abuse go for a rain dance Kingdra k? any really useful suggestions anyone..?

    Yeah just watch out for Choice Band Tyranitars whom often carry pursuit..

    You may wanna go weavile to solve your Gengar problem somewhat...

    It can also work with Choice Band and Ice Shard >> ice Punch for getting first hit in on Dragon Dancers, you can also put in Aerial Ace >> Night Slash if you fear Heracross. But yeah the set you have there is fine ...
