    most likely, it maybe IV scarred... or better to ask:

    Did you even EV train...? EV training is a huge factor within the problem we have here.

    It's most likely the EV or IV that went wrong, as Skarmory itself is one of the most overused, most powerful Pokemon out there. Spike, pseudohazing ability along with ultimate defenses make it a powerful opponent that just refuses to die.
     
    Skarmory should have just over 300 Defence at L100 (I should know, I own a fully EV trained Skarm on my Sapphire cart, with 25 Defence IV as well). Try max HP EV with the rest split between Attack and Defence.
     
    Can any 1 plz help me i need 2 know how 2 get skarmory realy badly and if any 1 can help plz help soon
