Welcome to PC, Skull Gamer.
You're English is quite understandable and I don't think you will have much of a problem communicating with the English-speaking member base here at the Pokécommunity.
(In fact, I'm sure you're skills in the language will improve a bit as well!)

Well, it's great that you write your own scripts, Skull Gamer.
You would be suprised how many people wish to start hacking without any knowledge of scripting at all! They get upset because they can't make that "perfect game" they have been dreaming about...
(You won't have that problem!)

I hope you will enjoy the Pokécommunity to it's fullest!
