What about replacing Earthquake with something else? Because I want to use that move for Blastoise (or should I?).

Blastoise with earthquake? i'd suggest keeping earthquake on slaking and changing your blastoise. how about making it a physical tank? give it surf, maybe ice beam as well.

Well, I my Blastoise is Brave and his EVs are...
Attack: 252
Defense: 120
Sp.Def: 136

I thought of using Earthquake to cover his electric weakness.

you have mirror coat on it? use mirror coat on thunderbolts. blastoise has good enough sp.def to survive those. you really have no room for earthquake.

Sorry this is going a little off topic.... but.... any moves you can recommend for him based on his nature and EVs? So far he knows Aqua Tail and Mirror Coat. I was going to teach him Giga Impact and Earthquake but all this Slaking talk has changed stuff.

brave is not a good nature that's for sure. you want natures that benefit its defense and hinder speed or attack. Relaxed, Bold are both pretty good. Mirror coat covers up its tbolt weakness nicely so you don't really need ev's or natures that benefit its sp.def.

Besides.... he's got really good IVs! Def and Sp.Def were close to max.

What moves should I give him as he is now since I'm apparently going to give Slaking earthquake?

You can get another TM26 from Pickup (Level 90-100) and the Battle Tower (80 BP).
