After you get to some point of the game go to the house full of those trend freaks, there will be a guy who looks like a super nerd go over to him and he'll say something like ''Hey have you heard about this trendy move called sludge bomb? etc, etc, etc, blaah, blaah, blaah, yadata, yadata, yadata (*NOTE* Those etcas and blaah blaahs are not part of his speech'' then he'll give you the sludge bomb tm.
