Hi i asked 2 other sprites but they cant do it... so i was wondering could you make a Tyranitar + Ursaring mix with Tyranitar as the base?

just a tip to make your sprites look clearer, save them as a .PNG so they don't lose color quality

can I request a raikou/claffe fusion, cleffa base :3
