Um.. this thread hasn't had a real discussion so I'm just gonna wait for someone to get this back on-topic 'cuz I don't really see how.
 
I reckon they probablly will serve a purpose In platinum... Like the bit of water in pastoria city that has two large ship blocking the way They will probably open up and who nows mabey that will be the way to get on of the regis
 
yeah but we're talking about the doors in Mr. Backlot's mansion not the Pastoria Boat. You could start a topic about that if you wanted to, or just put it in the Platinum Speculation thread, that thread would be perfect since it's so popular you're bound to get a reply if you put it there.

AGREED. This thread has been done before. There are TOO MANY "WHAT IF". What IF can reach infinite. They are just there for show people O.o. There is ABSOLUTLY nothing behind those doors. The next thing people will be saying is, "OMG the Snorlax statue in Sunnyshore", is there a secret doorway"? Come on people............ They are there for SHOW. To make the palace look imperial. Maids are standing in front because thats what maids do in the palace.

Since what you are talking about is not the original question, this thread has gone seriously off-topic.

The original question should have gone in the D/P Q&A sticky at the top of the forum, and the discussion about the doors in Platinum should have gone in the Platinum dicussion sticky.

Please continue this discussion for both questions in their respective threads.
