Hmm... I'm just looking for a way to mass produce Phione. I've only ever bred a Manaphy to get it. Can Phione breed too? If so that'll work fine.

Hi, I'd be very interested in this very nice sparkly bright pink dratini you have there. Sorry to be a pest like that, but this pokemon would allow me to rub it in my brother's face, who always has all the luck with shinies.
I'm really rubbish at IV and EV and whatever stuff though, so I can't really offer anything.

The Dratini isn't just shiny. It's also Flawless, UT, DW, Female, ExtremeSpeed, and Jolly. Don't just look to the shiny. But yes, you can have one, and it's a giveaway. You don't necessarily need to offer anything, just trade me something junky.
