    I've been thinking about training a Glaceon for competition, so I need to know how much its Snow Cloak increases its evasion after it launches a hailstorm.
     
    My guess would be the same amount Sand Veil ups evasion in a sandstorm, which I think is 1 level.
     
    too bad they didn't give it ice body... it could then actually do something with its defenses.
