W/ the Soul Dew, they are. W/o, they aren't. Some still consider them too good for the metagame, though. BTW, I hope I'm using the term "metagame" correctly, as I've never figured out what it meant exactly.

flamehaze, the term "Lati@s" already refers to both of the Lati-twins. That's why we use the @ symbol because it looks like an "a" and an "o" at the same time. And they are only worthy to be called "uber" if they are equipped with Soul Dew since this makes their SAtk and SDef some of the highest in the game. (DeapSeaTooth Clamperl also has what is arguably the highest SAtk in the game.)
Regigigas, although it has monstrous stats, doesn't have as vast a movepool as some of the favorite Normal-types in the game, such as Blissey. Plus, it's ability of Slow Start allows for opponents to setup enough for Regigigas to be little threat. It is, however, capable of taking hits for the first few turns, and de-activate the Slow Start trait. IMO, Regigigas is a very underrated Pokemon.

They ARE considered uber, even without soul dew. Tell me, how can they not be? Because 130 SAtk or SDef and 110 in Spd and SAtk/SDef is VERY good indeed. VERY powerful. Otherwise, wouldn't everybody use them?

I wasn't. I was answering what you had. Opinions doesn't matter at all. Only fact. Especially with an inaccurate opinion. We've discussed what an uber is by fact. Opinions are irrelevant. There is one definition. Not "your definition".

errr no. some trainers will allow certain pokemon by what their OPINION of an uber is.
you cant find fact in a relative question. fact is only to a degree in this situation.

The Battle Tower definitions are different. They don't consider Wobbuffet uber, but Moltres is, I think.
Look, in the compettitive battling community, there is a set list of ubers, as well as a set definition. You may have your own, but in a REAL compettitive enviorment, such as tournaments, the majority rules, like it or not. Saying anything with 600+ stats is an uber is misleading, or Tyranitar would be an uber. Wobbuffet is an uber, but its stats doesn't equal 600+.

I say no legendaries, everything else, I'm 100% fine with. Even though I realize that som non-legends are more powerful than some legends, it eliminates the confusion of what is uber and what isn't.

No it doesn't. It adds more confusion. Some pokes, like Moltres, are no wher near uber. Tyranitar is more of an uber than that.

Guys, the Lati@s are uber! Go to smogon, pe2k, serebii, anywhere! Again, everybody would use them id they weren't uber, yes?
And loling at the battle tower thing. I mean, the battle tower has torchics running around, it isn't the best example, just to clear that up. Give me one good counter for the CM + Recover staller set. It's like celebi but with less weaknesses and more dominant special stats.

^ is uber and you can find dozens of them. It isn't legendary but is still considered uber.
Also, Entei would be uber cos its legendary, and so many pokemon are better than that.
So, there is a huge difference between a legendary and uber.

I can think of 492 ._.;
The most common definition for uber pokemon is ones who have a Base Stat Total of 601 or more. Though they are judged by some other minor categories like Movepool, Weaknesses, etc.
Darkrai, Mew, Manaphy, and Wobbuffet are all ubers with 600 - Base Stat Total but are considered uber for either good movepool, ability, or being stupid, cheap, and Wobbuffet.
Slaking isn't uber since it has the Truant ability, which brings it down.

Some 600s are uber, some aren't. and who doesn't love Wobby? for the record Penguin, it's 491 if Bliss is running the CB set ;)
