So...Do Poke'mon Eliminate the existance of Real Animals?

I think there was an episode in the very first season about Clafaeries and Clafables that said Pokémons came from space when they were looking for the moonstone and I think it mentioned animals.
 
yea there are animals(in my opinion).............they're just hiding..i mean if i was a regular bird...i'd be scared of a pidgey...or mabye there is less animals in the regions where there are pokemon,, who knows, ask the creator haha
 
I think they did exist, as legends and the like for mothers to tell their children about. The children probably just roll their eyes and say, "Sure, Mom."

I think there are just very few left, kept only for food and other such purposes. They probably just started receding as Pokemon grew more and more abundant.
 
No, they do exist, but there's no importance given to them, for example water pokémon eat fish, and so... so...
Why don't you look at my sign, there's a raven, that picture is colored by a fan, but not fan made.
 
I know I've seen animals on the cartoon, but I couldn't provide a specific instance. As far as I know, there have been generic fish and I think some birds.
