4th Gen So i transfered my shiny pidgeoto from firered

If you Migrated it, you should go to the Pal Park which is in Fuschia City in Kanto. That's where the Pal Park is, since the moved the Safari Zone to Johto.

EDIT: You can find Pidgeotto on the Field Area, which is the first Patch of grass you'll find once you enter the Pal Park. Hope this helped in any way.
