    i look at the sun and moon and ash looks younger why they do that ? why they not continue from xyz ? why start over again :( xyz its cool season to continue . What will happen to all his pokemons ? if he will go to the past so he Not caught all his pokemon ?

    Usually when a new Pokemon series starts they'll be a soft reset. Ash/Satoshi Benches his old pokemon, parts ways with (some of) his companions, and goes to a different region with Pikachu in tow.
     
    Technically he has always been the same age. At least most believe that.

    It is the new art style they are using. Other than that, I don't think anything else will change too much. He still has the same voice actor.

    As long as we keep getting new generations, they will never continue the generation in the anime.

    He isn't younger or anything, just looks it because we are not used to that art style for Ash.

    ty but i know but on this series its like very different from other series
     
    If only it WAS the end. :rolleyes2: Why couldn't they have just let Ash win the Kalos League and have his grand finale? People are tired of the anime constantly rebooting and resetting and seeing a protagonist who literally never grows or develops as a character. Yes, I know the show's meant for kids, but even kids deserve better than that.

    Sadly, it seems that the show's writers took the wrong idea from XY's low ratings. They thought it was because people didn't want to see a mature, competent Ash, not because people were simply tired of Ash, Pikachu, and everything about the anime.

    Yep Sun and moon is definitely giving a new spin on a very tired formula, but still you should keep an open mind when you watch it... You just might love the show in the end :D

    and you think afther sun and moon all will be back ?

    The answer to those first two questions are huge Maybe's, they could bring some characters back for a couple of episodes but again we don't really know.

    His pokemon do exist, It's just back with proff Oak. He could use some of them again, but he could just chose to use his new pokemon.

    We don't know if it is a reboot or not. People are saying that, but I don't think he is. Looking at some of the battle scenes, he is still really strong. I think people are getting the wrong idea based on what people are saying.

    Just because he is going the school, means nothing. Just because the art style changes, means nothing.

    Can a character not have fun, but still be serious?
