Software/cartridge for legally cloning pokemon?

Hello, I just wanted to know if there's a software I can download/buy to clone my pokemon. Is there like some cartridge I have to use, that won't be altering the information of the pokemon, but just replicating it. If you do know anything about this, can you please tell me the one that requires the least "skill" to use? I'm not a coder or anything, in fact I don't even know how to make a basic HTML website.
