Some avatar help

I was wondering if some one could turn these two pictures.......

.......into an animated avatar? I don't have the program to make things like this.

BTW, this avatar will be for a different site, and I'll credit the one who animated it.

this quesstion would probably be better asked in the graphics and photography section. I know there are some people there who know how to do animation via Imageready or another program.

Do you have more then those pictures because I don't think those pictures you have there will work because their the same.

Their actually different. The seconed picture shows him with his mouth open.
