Blastoise: Hydro Pump (can change to surf), Ice Beam, Protect, Toxic
I never actually used this one, so yeah, not perfect.

Nidoqueen: Earthquake, Aerial Ace, Ice Beam, Toxic Spikes
I used this in a UU envirement, so the moveset isn't perfect, but it's usable.

guy, the shiftry is ready. he is lv 100 nd this are his stats:
nature/ IV: adamant/alert to sounds
HP:306
attack:305
defense:141
sp attack:185
sp def:138
speed:259
moveset: fake out, brick break, x scisor, aerial ace
ability: clorophyll

then whanna trade it for salamence?
