Some Help with Posting

Okay, so. I hope everyone knows that the rules to post your team revolve around the following layout:

Pokémon @ Item
Trait (If required)
EVs
Nature
- Move 1
- Move 2
- Move 3
- Move 4

Lots of people often ask about EVs, traits, natures, items etc. I'm just using this thread as a place to give directions to my favourite guides on these. If you know a good guide or page on anything, please let me know:
