If you are hacking Firered, you can try using CFRU+DPE or add them manually using Pokemon Game Editor. https://github.com/Gamer2020/PokemonGameEditor/releases/tag/3.8.1

Thank You, but is their any tutorial on how to add those, it would be helpfull. I am super new with Rom Hacking.

Open PGE, press Load ROM, then go to Patchers and Expanders, then goto Pokemon Adder, then change the settings
