Hey guys just wanted to show you guys some pokemon-related images for you guys to look at along with a black/white images as well as a process of the image.

Hi there,
First I wanted to say I like this, the use of colour and shading technique are both really well executed, plus I really like your lineart. I hope you upload more of your images.

I also hope you don't mind but there's a couple of things I think might help you out.
Even though the shading is well executed sometimes the light source seems confused, for example in the reference photo, her skirt appears to hang loosely, but the way you shaded it made it seem to stick out. In the photo the area around her eyes is much darker, too.

Anatomy wise it's quite good, but if you look at her arm furthest from the viewer, in the photo you can only really see her forearm not her upper arm, but in the drawing you show lots more of her upper arm, which makes her forearm look pretty stubby. the only other thing I can see is that her eye (closest to the viewer) is too far away from the other one, making her face seem a little off.
Other than that, great stuff! :')
