    After some mistakes, I have some pokemon considered eligible by the forums. Here they are:

    Treecko (lvl 1 from WT)
    Rotom (lvl 1 from WT)
    Froakie (lvl 8, Germany, Gee I wonder trade a lot lol)
    Jirachi (lvl 5, transfered, an event pokemon)
    Venasaur (lvl 95, from trade, from Lumiose City)
    Zekrom (lvl 68, trade, transferred)
