    Hello there, I mght attempt to start a hack, but first I need these questions answered (I figured this would be the right place to ask):

    I have heard about a Rom Expander thingy, I have no clue where to get it but can it be used to increase the total number of Pokémon? (Yes I know there are 25 open slots in the gba versions, but I want yet even more)

    If I can use it for that where can I get a Rom Expander?

    One more question unrelated to the Rom Expander: How can I edit trainers in Emerald, P.E.T. doesn't work? (I have some experiences with Hex if that's needed)

    I would be happy if someone could answer these.
