    I made it on MSPaint..so..yeah,Comments?
     
    It cute and good for MSPaint! I think you did good on it. The control on the mouse for that was good, but Pikachu looks more square-ish and all. The shading is quite good on that. Try using the Curve tool if you're having trouble with drawing things out on MSPaint. It can make a world of change. Great job on it! ^________^
