Yes it has been touched but i don't get the difference besides the fact that the pokemon will like you better all you need to do is use them more

It's about the EV-training thing :P If you're planning to EV-train it and it has been touched you need to get yourself EV-reducing berries (and I dont have those)
But ill still trade you ;)
