Lol!! Once I understood it it was really funny! The only problem was at first I didn't get it. Somebody had to explain to me, which is kinda a downer. Jokes should really hit you straight away generally, to get the full impact of it and laugh. I understood what the numbers were for (My hand drawn ancient pitiful anime comics from ancient times were numbered) But.. I understand not many people would.
I wouldn't had minded the background so, but it was the fact that it was kinda simple. If the sun was smaller (maybe just a circle), the cliff with a bit of a highlight along the top, and maybe if the picture was bigger the scene would like a tad bit better. It wouldn't hurt to make your own colours, rather than the default ones. They aren't the most life-like colours around.
I think the mudkip's reason for falling off should have been a bit better explained. But, apart from that, once someboyd explained it to me, I found it pretty funny.
