I think It'd be kinda cool to have a sequel to Sonic The Fighters/Sonic Championship.

Though they'd probably introduce YET ANOTHER new group of characters...

Honestly. They have enough characters as it is. Maybe they can bring back Mighty and Ray? (And Bean and Bark? {And possibly revive the ideas for Honey and Tiara?})

The only "forgotten" Chaotix member I can think of is Mighty

well actually the last sonic game i've played was sonic the hedgeghog,then i got bored of always doing the same thing in every game,but Black knight,and unleashed might make meh change my mind...

i know huh... first u know that Unleashed is coming out, then rite away they announce Chronicles. A short few days later u hear about the Black knight and once Chronicles released they announced Chronicles 2 the day after. THIS CRAP IS GOING BY TOO QUICKLY!!!
