2nd Gen Soothe Bell in GSC?

    I was wondering if there was a Soothe Bell in GSC. I'm trying to evolve an Eevee on Crystal into Umbreon and and Eevee on Gold into Espeon, and of course, a Soothe Bell would make this process much easier. :o But, was it around back then? And if so, where can I get one?
     
    After checking a few guides... no there wasn't a soothe bell in the GSC series.

    Motsuko Live gave me a link to a website and there's a happiness guide there. ^^ My Crystal Eevee's not too far from being Umbreon, and my Gold Eevee's just got a little more to go.
     
    No. I remember this because the first pokemon I put one on was a Rayquaza in Ruby version.
     
    Why would you put it on Rayquaza?
