    What makes it a Souls-like?
    • A Bonfire system for leveling & traveling.
    • An emphasis on dungeon crawling and old-school RPG mechanics.
    • Cryptic story with an emphasis on prose. (That borders on parody at times I must admit.)
    • Fromsoft style quest design.
    • Challenging difficulty. (Easy compared to some harder Pokémon challenges. Balanced for a deadly casual playthrough.
    Not Overly Long!

    Featuring 3 gyms and a final boss the game can be completed in 20 - 30 hours. The maximum level has (effectively) been lowered to 30.​

    Pokémon

    199 curated Pokémon featured from all generations! (Including some beta Pokémon)
    Pokémon learnsets, abilities, and evolution methods are heavily altered to accommodate for the lower level curve.​

    No Fakemon!
    3 Pokémon have type changes. The starters and the mascot (Teddi).​

    Documentation

    The "Helpful Documents for Players" folder features the following text documents:

    There is not complete trainer data but there is a general guide on how to beat the game.

    Known Bugs
    • If you back out of the "Change Ability" screen while talking to Poki, after selecting a Pokémon and viewing the options the game will crash. Please preview abilities in the provided document "Pokémon Information & Changes." And save before interacting with Poki.
    • The "travel" option to Ruins of Aeon will fail you partially backed out of the menu. Simply back all the way out of the Bonfire's menu and it will be fixed.

    Hey, here are a few tiling errors that I found while playing.

    The game also seems to crash when you try to dig up the Flame Orb, in the Determined Burn. This seems to be because the intended event refers to it as a 'Burn Orb', which isn't an item that exists.[PokeCommunity.com] Soulsmon - A Pokémon Souls-like
