fast 201: sorry the starmie isn't ev trained. the garchomp has 357 hp, 394 att, and 303 speed if you're interested. and its adamant and shiny. It's not untouched either its lvl 100...

fast 201: only the ones that are labeled ev trained are ev trained. but the charizard is only lvl 38 so you could still ev train it.
