4th Gen Special in-game events

some of the in game events are like in snowpoint city
and the crystal snow dates of 18th january (i think) and 29th feb.

He's talking about diamond dust. It appears on random days if i remember correctly

TBH, posting two or three events (Or the same event twice) really isn't helpful, especially one as unimportant and widley know as this. Besides there's already websites with all this info in far more detail

its not random days its during the pokemon staffs birthdays if i remember correctly or some of them anyway
