Special Metal Energy Cards

I have a question about Special Metal Energy Cards. If you put more then one of them on a metal type pokemon, for example two of them, does it reduce damage by 20 since there is two of them or is it still 10 and just erases the effect of the previous energy?

20 damage, so you can combine them.

The same applies for Special Dark Energy as well. Having 2 Special Dark Energies attached to a dark pokemon or "a pokemon with dark in its name" will increase it's attacks by +20 damage instead of +10

The effect satcks, but only if yu fulfil a certan condituion first. For exampl, if yur Pokemon has an abilty that cost 20 energy, yu wulld hav to sacrfice 20 energy in order to activate tha abilty, and ony then will you be abel to stak the effects. Duz that makes sens?
