4th Gen Speed Boost Torterra?

    Today, my friend told me that he had a speed boost torterra, I said it was fake, but he told me about it
    -He got it from a japanese guy for a Shiny Rayquaza (which was hacked)
    -It's moves are razor leaf, leech seed, stomp, and some other move which is legit.
    -He translated the japanese name, and it's Thisislegit
    -He plays pokemon diamond

    Is it real? it's a stupid question, but I need to tell you guys about it, it has to fake. Right?
     
    Umm I doubt that it is..especially with a stupid name like that.
    According to Bulbapedia Torterra's abilities are Overgrow and Shell Armour. Not to mention Torterra just doesn't look like something that can Speed Boost..
     
    Definately hacked/fake.
