    They're found in new research tasks. There's currently confusion over whether they can be found in the wild too... and which tasks reward which Pokemon - Land 3 Curveballs in a row & Catch a Skitty or Poochyena appear to reward Spinda and Snubbull respectively. Sooooo go hunting!!! :)

    Hunting for these in the wild is just a waste of gas and money. The research tasks are even more scarce esspecially with pokestops themselves being scarce. One of the things I hate about GO is when they release shinies but don't increase spawnrates for them.

    Will just have to wait for a future event.
