Spinoff posibilities

    What would you say if insted of May leaving the show a becomming a guest star like misty did but ended up with her on spinoff. Like if they pokemon contest going thru D/P saga It could May, Tracy and the lilttle girl with the Maganium that sounds nice then Misty can come back to the regular show or vice versa. Or they could turn the Pokemon Rangers into a show they could even have crossovers from time to time. What do you think?
     
    I doubt they're going to divert their attention from Ash much...plus why should they give special attention to May when she's serving (or rather, served) as a female companion, just like Misty? It's not a bad idea, and it's certainly possible, but I wouldn't really be interested. Perhaps an episode starring May once in a while, like Misty.. ^_^;
     
    I would quite like a Gym Leaders/Elite Four spinoff series. :x Better idea imo.
     
    Jessie, James and Meowth, easy. Look at Poached Ego and We're No Angels for the Pokemon Chronicles, they rather scream spin off.

    Alas the producers know how popular the trio is but there is one thing: the main show. Considering how the trio has been saving the show in recent seasons, I don't think they're going to get one anytime soon.

    But they should because it's so obvious.
     
    I don't think a spin off universe featuring characters that allready get screentime in every episode is a good idea, unless it's alternate universe (thinks how a romantic comedy harem about Satoshi and co. going through school life would be like...jeepers thats like like Yugioh GX mixed with Love Hina.). Anyway, I don't mind an alternate universe spin off, but other than that, a spin off about the ranger sounds like that only thing doable at this point and time. Or they could always turn Pokemon Special into an anime. Other than that, I think a spin off is a no go, since it would take attention away from the currently existing series.
