I'm saying parents just don't see why one would spend so much time in front of a comp an' that if they would play some games an' chat with ppl on the 'net they might understand! XD

An' it's not just computer games -- it's pkmn an' animes too that they don't understand.
Tch. A few months ago I viewed pkmn 3 with mom an' she just burst into tears 'cuz she said she never thought pkmn could be so deep. She started liking pkmn then. ^_^
Then I also told her the story of Final Fantasy 7 an' 9 an' Warcraft III. An' she liked those too. Parents don't like games an' stuff because they don't know much about 'em that's all. ^_^

Yeah parents don't like video games cause they never play one before :(

I don't know if playing one would've been as much help, but the simple fact that I managed to lift the haze an' show her that games also have a story, some a spectacular one even, then they could see beyond all the shooting an' runnin' an' jumpin' that shows up on the screen. But yeah, maybe if they had spare time an' I could get 'em to play they WOULD become addicted... only that they barely know how to use a comp. >_<

Lol, I remember grapms once played Mario on my gameboy. XD An' dad tried out DK64 on my N64 once... but that's about it. >_< I couldn't get 'em into it -- it seems that looking at a screen an' pushing buttons is just not their type... T_T
