It happens randomly, when you open up an e-mail, or even start your computer (although that rarely happens). It's when bad people want to hack into your computer.

i only have spyware for pest patrol, but i only have 1. but its even been on since day one when i came on PC. could it be the files i downloaded before? (5MB or more) but no viruses were found.
