South Dakota, US. Of course, you can only drive in the state, and you must have a registered driver with you...but I'm pretty lucky anyway.

Where do you live that has you drive at 16?

Why does everyone think that when I say I can drive, it doesn't mean I can drive by myself legally without a driver with you? I can drive by myself without a guardian or adult or anything like that in October, I will have my license. You are talking about your permit, that I have had for forever.
