It's pretty simple. Just supply a sprite, text, and background. ^^

Text: What it will say.
T-Positioning: Where the text will be placed. (Top, Left, Right, Bottom [See Below])
Sprite: What Pokemon you'd like on it.
S-Positioning: Is there a certain spot for the sprite?
Background: You must supply either a picture or FPV.
Note: If you don't tell me the Positioning, it will be like the examples.

And the FPV(in your example) is from Pokemon Treasures(It's Eden falls)... You need their permission...

Please do not use material from Pokémon Treasures, if you do not have permission. Regardless of whether or not you give credit, you still need permission to use it.
