Question: Sprite Help (64 x 64)

    I want to make sprites (64 x 64 pixels) of some characters from Indigo League, (Brock, Misty, Ash, and Gary) but I learned I can't make sprites. Can someone make the sprites for me or give me tips on making them? Here are the reference images:
