But squirtle will again get back!

again elekid could use earthquake to the deflect role (my elekid has earthquake) and use agility to dodge any skul bash and after dodging skull bash he uses thunder to finnish the battle

It would get inside it's shell and survive the thunder or it would roll away and then it would use shell attack to finish off your elekid!
