Nah, it's cool, its take awhile to get an obsession like me. xD;
Uuum, the Extremespeed Dratini can be obtained from correctly answering all the questions from the elder in the dragons den after defeating Clair.
But if that won't work out for you, you can always replace that slot with an elemental Punch~ Fire Punch, Ice Punch, or Thunderpunch. :3

is it ok if i use sleep powder, leech seed, earthquake, and sludge bomb, or do you really recomment leaf storm and sludge bomb? cause i love to heal my pokemon back up to full hp and giga drain does that for me.

oh cause i have a lv 67 dragonite andd it doesnt have extremespeed and i really dont feel like traning another one =[

Well, since you are Choice Scarfed, Leech seed is no good. And not really, you need to opt for the insanely powerful Leaf Storm. You will be switching him out often anyways~

Then yes, just go to a Move tutor and teach him an Elemental Punch then~

Yes you do. The Move Maniac is in Blackthorn City.

And as for Forretress, I think Gyro Ball has to go over Payback because it's strong against fast opponents.
