St.jimmys graphics (take 2)

Well i made one of these ages ago, & i've been away from these forums for a while. & luckily for you guys i've been sorted out graphic st00f.
so yeah, i've been making coat of arms (for an online game called tribal wars) and signatures for the forums they use over there, however i think these are the best forums i've ever come across so i can be far more versatile without having rules about size etc.

I see you like Slipknot eh? XD;
But yeah, basically all of these are resized images with text slapped on top. You should take some tutorials, maybe from the PC Tutorials & Resource Thread.
There's nothing really to comment on seeing as in you've done little to the images, but take some tuts, see how a graphic should look like and what goes into making a good tag/banner rather than finding images and putting some text on it as there's a lot more to making a good graphic than that I'm afraid.
So take some tuorials, show us what you've done and hopefully you'll improve.

What Gavin said was where I was going to post, but I got bored, so I'll just add to what he said.
Save your images as png files, not jpeg, jpeg's reduce quality a lot, unless you're using photoshop and choose a 12 quality jpeg file, which you're not doing so it's beside the point.
